Biography
The goldsmith Anton Michelsen (1809-77), founded A. Michelsen's Sølvsmedie A/S in Copenhagen 1841. Many famous designers have been linked to the firm, including Thorvald Bindesbøll, Johan Rohde and Kay Fisker. Today A. Michelsen's Sølvsmedie A/S,is a part of Royal Copenhagen.
