Description
British designer George Sowden was one of the co-founders of the Memphis Group, whose playful aesthetic has become synonymous with postmodern design. The 'Quadro' print is a typical example of his sense of both colour and form, with a pattern consisting of green squares on a red background. Printed in bold shades the contrasting hues make the print seem to vibrate.
